Oblique fracture through the fibula.

The important fracture is the undisplaced fracture through the neck of the talus. It is detectable on the lateral radiograph.

On the AP radiograph there is an obvious fracture involving the lateral process of the talus. In this instance, this is actually part of the fracture that extends through the neck of the talus.

(Incidentally, there may also be a small avusion fracture of the ventral aspect of a cuneiform bone as seen on the lateral view).

Osteochondral lesion (OCD) affecting the medial aspect of the dome of the talus.

Fracture through the base of the 5th metatarsal.
